At Bakester, users have full control over their accounts and personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time.

How to Delete Your Bakester Account

You can delete your account using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the Bakester app

  2. Go to Profile / Settings

  3. Tap on Delete Account

  4. Confirm your request

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Delete by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.

Subject: Delete My Bakester Account

Please include:

  • Your registered email address or phone number

  • User type (Buyer or Seller)

  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information

  • Login credentials

  • Order and transaction history

  • Seller product listings (if applicable)

  • Uploaded images and content

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained temporarily if required by:

  • Legal obligations

  • Tax or accounting regulations

  • Fraud prevention or dispute resolution

This retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Deletion Timeframe

  • Account deletion is processed within 7–14 business days

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored
